摘要
为了解决广东省天然气管道在下游用户不断发展情况下所产生的日益突出的调峰调质问题,优化管道调度运行,解决输气能力瓶颈,采用管道瞬态模拟软件仿真计算的方法,在多气源、多用户条件下对多种调峰、调质工况进行组合水力计算,针对不同用户用气方式对管道调峰能力造成的不同影响,制定不同的用户负荷方案,首先采用静态计算的方式,分析管道在一定压力条件下的最大通过能力,排除用气量超出最大通过能力的工况,在剩余的可能实现的工况组合中,经过动态调峰计算验证,计算选择出能够充分发挥管道调峰能力的用户结构,形成通用化的结论以安排生产计划。结果表明:(1)根据水力计算得到的较多数据点可构成"调度扇面",直接指导实际生产调度运营管理;(2)基于计算结果分析建立管道生产调度科学管理体系,包括上下游建立预警机制,建立资源、市场和管网有机结合的生产运营管理体系,成立区域生产调度中心,发布办法和预案等,提升了管道的应急决策支持水平。
        In order to solve the increasingly peak-shaving and quality-adjusting problem of Guangdong gas transmission pipeline under the condition of continuous development of downstream users, optimize pipeline scheduling and operation, and solve the bottleneck of gas transmission capacity, the simulation calculation method using the pipeline transient simulation software is adopted. Under multi-gas source and multi-user condition, combined hydraulic calculation was carried out for a variety of peak-shaving and quality-adjusting. Different user's load schemes were worked out according to the different influence of their gas using ways on pipeline peakshaving ability. The specific methods are as follows: the static calculation method is firstly used to analyze the maximum transmission capacity of the pipeline under certain pressure conditions, and the working conditions in which the gas consumption exceeds the maximum transmission capacity are excluded. Then in the remaining possible working condition combination,the user structure which can give full play to the peak-shaving ability of pipeline is selected through dynamic peak-shaving calculation and verification. The general conclusion is formed to arrange the production plan. The results show that:(1) more data points obtained by hydraulic calculation can form "dispatching sector" that directs the operation management of actual production scheduling;(2) based on the analysis of calculation results, the scientific management system of pipeline production scheduling is designated, which include establishing early warning mechanism in upstream and downstream, production and operation management system which combines resources, market and pipe network, and regional production scheduling center, and releasing implementation methods and plans etc. Pipeline emergency decision support level is improved.
