项目管理工具和技术在项目交付中的有效性

摘要
在当今动态商业环境中,项目管理在组织实现企业目标方面变得越来越重要。然而,增加项目的任务复杂性,在预算内按时完成项目,以及实现项目的目标却变得越来越困难。本研究的目的属于项目管理中最重要的领域之一,无论从研究角度还是从实践者的角度来看,"如何避免项目失败,并获得更高的项目成功率?"该工作的结果是演示采用项目管理工具和具体的风险管理软件(以假设项目成功实施为例),如何能够成为使项目经理获得更高水平成功的重要工具。
In today's dynamic business environment, project management has become more and more important in the organization to achieve its corporate goals. However, increasing the complexity of project tasks, timely completion of projects within budget and achievement of project objectives has become increasingly difficult. The purpose of this study is one of the most important areas in project management. From the perspective of research and practitioners, how to avoid project failure and obtain a higher project success rate? The result of this work is to demonstrate how the adoption of project management tools and specific risk management software(if successfully implemented) can become an important tool for project managers to achieve higher levels of success.
