摘要
研制了一种可移动的、四通道的、具有远程传输功能的空气过滤器性能对比检测装置,包括四组具有相同结构的风道、电控及数模转化柜、集装箱,云服务器、远程客户端、大气环境检测仪。每一组风道包括防雨罩、防护筛网、风管、预过滤器和二级过滤器、引风机及配套电机、预过滤和二级过滤器差压变送器、流量测量变送器及颗粒粒度及浓度在线检测仪。对比检测装置运输方便,无人值守,可进行全天候连续的检测,检测结果远程传输;可同时对四种不同的预过滤器和二级过滤器的组合,进行性能对比评估,为进气过滤器的选型及其组合匹配的优化提供决策依据。
        A Portable, four-channel air filter with remote transmission function is developed, which includes four air ducting system with the same structure, electronic control and digital-analog conversion cabinets, containers, cloud servers, remote client, atmospheric environment detector etc. Each set of air ducts includes weather protection,trash screens, prefilters and secondary filters, induced fans and matching motors, differential pressure transmitters for pre-filter and second-stage filter, flow measurement transducers. The Test Set-up is convenient to transport, unattended, and can be continuously detected all weather, and the test result can be transmitted remotely. At the same time, the combinating performance of four different coarse filters and fine filter can be compared and evaluated, which provides the decision basis for the selection of the intake filter and the optimization of the combination matching.
