全钢集成脚手架在双曲渐变外立面超高层建筑施工中的应用

摘要
结合中铁三局科技研发中心工程实际,针对该超高层建筑双曲渐变八边形的复杂外立面工况,研究应用了一种全钢集成脚手架(简称集成架)可倾角爬升的新型架体体系。应用结果显示,全钢集成架倾角斜面爬升架安全可靠、操作便捷、防火能力强,有效避免了因防护问题而发生的高处坠落和物体打击事故,保证了主体施工按期顺利完成,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。
        Combined with the engineering practice of Science and Technology R&D Center of China Railway Third Bureau, a new type of frame system with all-steel integrated scaffolding(for short as integrated frame) for angle inclined climbing was studied and applied to the complex working condition of the hyperbolic gradient octagonal complex facade of the super high-rise building. The application results showed that the angle inclined climbing frame of the all-steel integrated frame is safe, reliable, and easy to operate, has excellent fire-proof ability, which has effectively avoided accidents of falling from a high place and hitting by an object caused by protection problems, ensured the main construction completed smoothly on schedule and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
