摘要
以某贫铁矿制备的冶炼熔渣为主要原料,氧化锌为形核剂,采用熔融法制备熔渣微晶玻璃。利用DSC、XRD、SEM研究氧化锌对熔渣微晶玻璃析晶活化能、晶相、微观形貌及理化性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着氧化锌加入量的增加,熔渣微晶玻璃的转变温度和析晶温度逐渐降低,加入2 wt%氧化锌后析晶活化能降至最小。微晶玻璃表面晶体形貌由片状逐渐变为球状,微晶玻璃密度逐渐增加,耐碱腐蚀性逐渐增强,氧化锌含量小于4wt%时对耐酸腐蚀性影响不大。
Taken a poor-iron ore smelting slag as the main raw material,the slag-based glass ceramics was prepared by the melting method with zinc oxide as the nucleating agent. DSC,XRD,and SEM were used to study the effect of zinc oxide on the crystallization activation energy,crystallization phase,micromorphology,physical and chemical properties of the slag-based glass ceramics. The results show that with the increase of zinc oxide,the transition temperature and the crystallization temperature of the slagbased glass ceramics gradually decreases. The lowest crystallization activation energy is obtained at the addition of 2 wt% zinc oxide. With the increase of zinc oxide addition,the crystallization morphology of glass ceramics is gradually changed from flake to sphere,and the density and the anti-alkali corrosion of glass ceramics gradually increase,but little effect on the acid corrosion resistance is found as the zinc oxide amount is less than 4 wt%.
