健软四苓汤治疗乙型肝炎伴黄疸疗效及对肝功能的影响

摘要
目的探究分析健软四苓汤治疗乙型肝炎伴黄疸疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法选取我院接收的50例乙型肝炎伴黄疸患者展开分析,收治时间为2015年4月至2017年3月,采用双色球随机模式对50例患者进行分组,对照组25例患者接受常规西医治疗,观察组25例患者在对照组治疗基础上加用健软四苓汤,对两组疗效及肝功能变化进行对照分析。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为96. 00%,相较于对照组治疗后68. 00%的总有效率,前者明显更高(P <0. 05);治疗前两组在肝功能各项指标上比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),治疗后观察组总胆红素(TBil)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平均比对照组明显更低(P <0. 05)。结论临床治疗乙型肝炎伴黄疸采用健软四苓汤能够提高疗效,促进肝功能显著改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of Jianruan Siling Decoction on hepatitis B with jaundice and its influence on liver function. Methods 50 patients with hepatitis B and jaundice admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected. And they were randomly divided into two groups--the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine while the observation group was treated with Jianruan Siling Decoction in addition to routine western medicine. The curative effect and Liver function changes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 00%,compared with 68. 00% for the control group. The differences in liver function between the two groups before treatment has no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin( TBil) and alanine aminotransferase( ALT)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jianruan Siling Decoction can improve the curative effect and liver function in the treatment of hepatitis B with jaundice,and is thus worthy of clinical promotion.
