摘要
以天津市2座典型工业园区污水处理厂为对象,对出水水质检测与污水处理工艺进行分析,解析其提标改造前景。结果表明,2座污水处理厂进水水质可生化性较差,不利于生物反硝化过程。出水A厂中COD、SS含量较DB12/599-2015超标严重,分别是标准的1.4倍和2.3倍;B厂NH3-N和TP较DB 12/599-2015超标严重,分别是标准的4.2倍和2.3倍。结合水处理工艺,建议A厂增加臭氧氧化工艺及过滤池或其他深度处理工艺以去除废水中的难降解COD;B厂可通过投加除磷剂、优化生物脱氮工序来实现出水达标。
Two typical industrial park sewage treatment plants in Tianjin were taken as objects, through the analysis of effluent water quality testing and sewage treatment process, the prospect of upgrading and reconstruction was analyzed. The results showed that, the influent water biodegradability of both plants was poor, which was not conducive to the biological denitrification process. The effluent concentration of COD and SS of plant A exceeded by 1.4 and 2.3 times of the standard of DB 12/599-2015, respectively. The effluent concentration of NH3-N and TP of plant B exceeded by 4.2 and 2.3 times of the standard of DB 12/599-2015, respectively. Therefore, chemical coagulant could be added directly in secondary sedimentation tank and ozone oxidation process could be added to remove refractory COD from wastewater for plant A. The problem of plant B could be solved by adding phosphorus remover and optimizing nitrogen biological removal process.
