摘要
基于分离式霍普金森压杆及爆轰加载试验技术,对不同晶粒度的无氧铜进行不同应变率加载,用闪光X射线观测技术观测爆轰试验过程中铜管的破裂,获得无氧铜在不同时刻的变形参数,以及铜在动态加载下的应力-应变。结果表明:应变率为(5 000~6 000)s-1,无氧铜具有应变率效应,随应变率的增加,应力/应变等参数均增加;JO-159炸药加载条件下,铜的膨胀均匀性和对称性与晶粒度无关,但破裂方式与晶粒度有关,晶粒度越小,各个裂纹的深度、间距逐渐趋于相同,分布逐渐对称。
Based on the split Hopkinson bar test technique and detonation loading test technique,the different strain rates of oxygen-free copper with different grain sizes were loaded.The fracture of copper tube during detonation test was observed by flash X-ray observation technique.The deformation parameters of oxygen-free copper at different time and the stress and strain under dynamic loading were obtained.The results show that the strain rate effect exists in the range of strain rate from 5 000 s-1 to 6 000 s-1,and the stress and strain parameters increase with the increase of strain rate.The expansion uniformity and symmetry of copper have little relationship with the grain size under the loading condition of JO-159 explosive,but the fracture mode is related to the grain size.The smaller the grain size,the depth and spacing of cracks tend to be the same and the distribution is symmetrical.
