父母低头族与中学生手机成瘾的关系:父母监控的调节作用

摘要
为考察父母低头族对中学生手机成瘾的影响以及父母监控在其中的调节作用,采用低头族量表、父母监控问卷、手机成瘾量表对555名初中生进行调查。结果发现:(1)父母低头族与父母监控呈显著负相关、与中学生手机成瘾呈显著正相关,父母监控与中学生手机成瘾呈显著负相关;(2)父母低头族能显著正向预测中学生手机成瘾;(3)父母监控调节父母低头族与中学生手机成瘾的关系。具体而言,对于低水平父母监控的中学生,父母低头族对手机成瘾具有显著正向预测作用;对于高水平父母监控的中学生,该预测作用不再显著。可见,父母监控可以缓冲父母低头族对中学生手机成瘾的不良影响。
This study aims to explore the impact of parents' phubbing on high school students' mobile phone addiction,and the moderating effect of parental monitoring,by testing 555 junior high school students with the Phubbing Scale,the Parental Monitoring Questionnaire,and the Mobile Phone Addiction Scale. The results indicate the following:( 1) Parental phubbing was significantly and negatively correlated with parental monitoring,but was significantly and positively correlated with the high school students' mobile phone addiction; parental monitoring was significantly and negatively correlated with the high school students' mobile phone addiction;( 2) parents' phubbing could be used to significantly and positively predict the high school students' mobile phone addiction; and( 3) parental monitoring could moderate the relationship between parents' phubbing and the high school students' mobile phone addiction. Specifically,for those high school students with a low level of parental monitoring,parents' phubbing could be used to significantly and positively predict their mobile phone addiction. It can thus be seen that parental monitoring can buffer the bad impact of parents' phubbing on high school students' mobile phone addiction.
