摘要
采用分子印迹技术,以氧化石墨烯为基质,牛血清白蛋白(Bovine serum albumin,BSA)为模板分子,1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑与丙烯酰胺为功能单体,N,N`-亚甲基双丙酰胺为交联剂,制备出分子印迹聚合物,并优化了该印记聚合物的合成条件和吸附条件;并对其动力学吸附性能、等温吸附性能等进行了评价。
By using molecular imprinting technique,graphene oxide as matrix,bovine serum albumin(BSA)as template molecule,1-ehenyl-3-Methylimidazolium iodide and acrylamide as the functional monomer,N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent,preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers and optimize the conditions for the synthesis of molecularly imprinted polymer and adsorption conditions. The dynamic adsorption properties,and isothermal adsorption properties were characterized.
