摘要
铝粉的表面改性是铝粉生产中非常重要的工艺.实验采用了硅烷偶联剂对片状铝粉进行表面改性,结果表明:利用硅烷偶联剂水解和聚合作用可在片状铝粉表面形成保护膜,经过表面改性后的片状铝粉耐酸性明显提高,光泽性也可满足酸性涂料的使用要求.
        The process of surface modification of the aluminum powder is very important in the production of aluminum powder. The silane coupling agent was used to process the surface modification of flake aluminum powder. Experimental results show that hydrolysis and polymerization of Silane coupling agent can form a protective film on the surface of flake aluminum powder. After the surface modification,the main performance indicators of the prepared flaky aluminum powder such as the acid resistance and surface glossiness have been improved significantly,so it can highly meet the requirements of the corresponding acid coating.
