研究Trifecta热牙胶充填技术在根管治疗中的效果

摘要
目的针对Trifecta热牙胶充填技术在根管治疗中的效果进行研究。方法选取我院在2015年7月~2017年10月期间收治的患者共计300例,根据双盲分组法分为研究组(n=150)和参照组(n=150),参照组患者实施冷牙胶充填术,研究组患者实施Trifecta热牙胶充填术,对比分析两组患者临床指标、恰充率、疼痛情况及填充术成功率。结果在临床指标对比中,研究组患者在疼痛时间、充填时间、疼痛指数均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在填充情况对比中,研究组患者恰充率为93.33%,参照组患者恰充率为80.00%,研究组明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后疼痛情况对比中,研究组患者的无痛和轻微疼痛例数均高于参照组,严重疼痛例数低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组填充术成功率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Trifecta热牙胶充填技术在根管治疗中的疗效显著,手术成功率较高,可在临床实践中予以广泛推广和应用。
Objective To study the effect of Trifecta hot tooth gum filling technique in root canal treatment. Methods A total of 300 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into study group(n=150) and reference group(n=150) according to the double blind grouping method.Patients in the reference group were given cold gutta percha filling,and the patients in the study group were received Trifecta hot tooth gum filling technology.The clinical indicators,filling rate,pain and success rate of filling were compared between the two groups. Results In the comparison of clinical indicators,the pain time,filling time and pain index of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P < 0.05).In the comparison of filling conditions, the rate of patients in the study group was 93.33%,and the rate of the reference group was 80.00%.The study group was significantly higher than the reference group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the comparison of postoperative pain,the number of painless and slight pain cases in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the number of severe pain cases was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The success rate of filling in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Trifecta hot tooth gum filling technique has remarkable curative effect in root canal treatment and high success rate of operation,which can be widely popularized and applied in clinical practice.
