摘要
建立了一种测定染发剂中间苯二酚和对苯二酚的毛细管气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测方法.分离条件优化后,对该方法进行了评价.结果表明,对苯二酚与间苯二酚分别在2.6~100mg/L和3.8~100mg/L内线性良好(R~2=0.9978、0.9947),加标回收率分别为81.0%~98.6%和89.0%~105.9%,精密度分别为1.25%和1.43%(RSD%,n=3),检出限分别为1.2μg/g和2.8μg/g,可满足染发剂中对苯二酚和间苯二酚含量测定要求.此外,该方法还具有操作简单,检测周期短,分析成本低等优点.
        A method for determination of hydroquinone and resorcinol in hair dyes was proposed by capillary gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detection. After optimization,the method was evaluated. The linear ranges were from 2.6 to 100 mg/L(R~2=0.9978) for hydroquinone and from 3.8 to 100 mg/L(R2=0.9947) for resorcinol.The recoveries(n=3),precisions(RSD%,n=3),detection limits were 81.0%—98.6% and 89.0%—105.9%,1.25% and 1.43%,1.2μg/g and 2.8μg/g for hydroquinone and resorcinol,respectively. This method was finally applied to the determination of hydroquinone and resorcinol in hair dyes,and satisfactory results were obtained. In addition,the method has the merits of easy operation、short detection period and low analysis cost.
