降脂活血汤联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床效果

摘要
目的研讨治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎采用降脂活血汤联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱的临床效果。方法方便择取该院2016年1月—2017年6月期间收治的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者80例,依照随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组和观察组各40例,对照组予以多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,观察组则予以降脂活血汤联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后观察组患者甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)指标水平均比对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的总有效率比对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎采用降脂活血汤联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱效果显著,能够使患者症状得到更有效地改善,促进疗效提高,值得推广。
Objective This paper tries to study the clinical effect of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis using Jiangzhi Huoxue Tang combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine. Methods 80 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected into two groups according to the random number table method, namely 40 in the control group and 40 in the observation group, and the control group was treated with phosphatidylcholine, the observation group was treated with Jiangzhi Huoxue Decoction combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels in the observation group improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis has a remarkable effect by combining Jiangzhi Huoxue Decoction with polyene phosphatidylcholine, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of curative effect. It is worth promoting.
