摘要
用乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、正丁醇等有机溶剂和水分别提取中草药地榆的有效成分,得到有机酸类、三萜类和黄酮类化合物,并分析各提取物对伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌的抗菌效果和机理.结果表明:地榆的乙酸乙酯相、乙醇相和正丁醇相提取物对伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌有抑菌作用,与对照组相比差异极显著(p<0.01),各提取物对实验菌的最小抑菌质量浓度(MIC)差异较大;地榆提取物中的有机酸类、三萜类和黄酮类化合物有不同程度的抑菌作用;地榆提取物可通过干扰细菌细胞壁合成及抑制细胞膜的形成而抑制伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌生长,其抑制作用随提取液质量浓度的增加及作用时间的延长而增强.
        The active constituents of Sanguisorba officinalis L.were extracted by ethyl alcohol,ethyl acetate,dichloromethane,n-butanol and water respectively,and the organic acids,triterpenoids and flavonoids were obtained.The antibacterial effects and mechanism of the extracts on Salmonella typhoon and Shigella dysenteric were studied.The results show that there were obvious effects of ethyl acetate,ethyl alcohol and n-butanol of S.officinalis on S.typhoon and S.dysenteric.Compared with the control group,the difference is very significant(p <0.01).The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of different bacterias were obviously different.The organic acids,triterpenoids and flavonoids in the extracts of So.fficinalis have various degree of bacteriostasis.The extracts of So.fficinalis can inhibit growth of St.yphoon and S.dysenteric by obstructing cytoderm synthesis and cell membrane formation.The inhibition increases with the increase of the mass concentration of extract and the prolongation of the action time.
