系统性红斑狼疮孕妇胎儿心脏超声检查的临床价值分析

<正>系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种好发于孕龄期女性的自身免疫性疾病。对于SLE孕妇,母体内IgG型抗Ro/SSA、La/SSB或U1-RNP抗体可经胎盘进入胎儿体内,从而诱发获得性自身免疫性疾病,抗Ro和抗La阳性患者可出现婴儿先天性心脏传导阻滞,该病病情严重,死亡率高,部分婴儿需要安装永久性心脏起搏器以维持心脏功能。本组对43例SLE孕妇胎儿行心脏超声检查,旨在探讨其临床应用价值。
