摘要
利用Moldex 3D软件对破壁机外壳的注塑成型进行模流分析,针对产品的翘曲变形、外观品质与真圆度评价指标进行探讨,找出三者的影响因素:浇口位置及数量、压力、温度,并提出改进的成型工艺方案。对比原单浇口进胶模具设计发现,浇口数量的增加有助于解决流动平衡问题,最后在双浇口模具设计的基础上优化最佳注塑工艺参数。相对于原始模具设计方案,产品的翘曲变形量降低了64.09%,体积收缩率降低了68.76%,内圈真圆度提高了76.92%,外圈真圆度提高了70.00%。
        Moldex 3 D software was used to analyze the injection moulding of the shell of the wall breaker. The warpage deformation, appearance quality and roundness evaluation index of the product were discussed, and theirs influencing factors were found out: gate position and quantity, pressure and temperature, and the improved moulding process was put forward. Compared with the original design of single gate injection mould, it is found that the increase of gate number is helpful to solve the problem of flow balance. Finally, the optimum injection process parameters are optimized based on the design of double gate mould. Compared with the original design, the warpage deformation of the product is reduced by 64.09%, the volume shrinkage is reduced by 68.76%, the inner ring true roundness is increased by 76.92%, and the outer ring true roundness is increased by 70.00%.
