摘要
针对印染废水处理难度大、费用高的问题.对常州某印染厂污水处理情况进行了调查,分析了该厂印染废水水质、锅炉烟气成分以及印染工艺低温余热现状.对不同种类的印染废水进行低温烟气余热蒸发处理及利用烟气中和碱性废水的方法处理.此方案可使废水的质量浓度提高约13%,每小时可处理废水量约27 000t,同时使废水pH降至7~9.
        The printing and dyeing wastewater treatment is difficult and costly.The wastewater treatment of a dyeing factory in Changzhou was investigated,and the water quality of the printing and dyeing wastewater,the composition of the boiler flue gas and the status of the low temperature waste heat of the dyeing and printing process were analysed.Different types of printing and dyeing wastewater were treated by using the low temperature flue gas heat by evaporation and also the flue gas to neutrailze the alkaline wastewater.This scheme can deal with about 27 000 t wastewater per hour,improving the mass concentration of wastewater by about 13% and reducing the wastewater pH value to 7~9.
