摘要
高校二级学院行政秘书岗位属于综合性行政事务岗位,处在承上启下、沟通内外、联系左右的特殊位置,起到桥梁与纽带的作用,是管理队伍中的一支重要力量。二级学院行政秘书工作具有头绪多,事务杂,范围广等特点,存在着付出多、回报少,临时性工作多、长期性工作少等问题,必须转变思想观念、保持积极心态,加强自身建设、提高综合能力,注意工作方法、提高办事效率并加强人文关怀,实行量化考核,只有这样才能做好千头万绪的二级学院行政秘书工作。
        The post of administrative secretary in Secondary Colleges of universities belongs to the post of comprehensive administrative affairs, which is in a special position of connecting the preceding and the following, communicating inside and outside, and linking up. It plays a role of bridge and link, and is an important force in the management team. The work of Administrative Secretaries in secondary colleges is characterized by many ideas, miscellaneous affairs and wide scope. There are many problems, such as more efforts, less returns, more temporary work and less long-term work. It is necessary to change ideas, maintain a positive attitude, strengthen self-construction, improve comprehensive ability, pay attention to working methods, improve working efficiency and strengthen humanistic care, and carry out quantitative assessment. Only in this way can we do a good job on the work of administrative secretary of Secondary College.
