胃癌组织中P53、IL-1β、NF-κB的表达及与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性分析

摘要
[目的]探讨胃癌组织中p53、IL-1β、NF-κB的表达及与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关系。[方法]选取2016年2月~2018年5月收治的97例胃癌患者为研究对象,根据Hp检查结果分组,Hp阳性组81例,Hp阴性组16例,另选97例体检健康者为对照组,对所有受检者胃癌组织中的p53、IL-1β、NF-κB表达情况进行观察。[结果]胃癌组患者的p53、IL-1β、NF-κB表达量均明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性组患者的p53、IL-1β、NF-κB表达量明显高于Hp阴性组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp感染密度3级患者的p53、IL-1β、NF-κB表达量明显高于2级、1级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Perason相关性分析显示,p53、IL-1β、NF-κB表达量与胃癌患者的Hp感染呈正相关性(r分别为0.586、0.638、0.612,P<0.05)。[结论]胃癌组织中的p53、IL-1β、NF-κB表达量与Hp感染呈正相关性。
        [Objective]To probe into the expression of p53, IL-1 beta and NF-kappa B in gastric cancer and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection. [Methods]97 cases of patients with gastric cancer treated from February, 2016 to May, 2018 were selected. Patients were divided into 2 groups, including Hp-positive group and Hp-negative group. 81 cases were positive for Hp and 16 cases were negative for Hp. Another 97 cases of healthy persons who underwent the physical examination were selected as control group. Then, the expression of p53, IL-1β and NF-kappa B in gastric cancer of all subjects were observed. [Results]The expression levels of p53, IL-1β and NF-kappa B in gastric cancer group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of p53, IL-1β and NF-kappa B in the positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group(P<0.05).The expression levels of p53, IL-1β and NF-kappa B in patients with grade 3 of Hp infection density were significantly higher than those in patients with grade 1 and 2(P<0.05). Perason correlation analysis showed that the expression of p53, IL-1β and NF-kappa B was positively correlated with Hp infection in gastric cancer patients(r was 0.586, 0.638 and 0.612, respectively, P<0.05). [Conclusion]The expression levels of p53, IL-1 beta and NF-kappa B in gastric cancer tissues are positively correlated with Hp infection.
