摘要

为缓解农民融资难、融资贵而制约农村经济发展的问题,吉林市引进民营资本成立"首信"物权融资公司。通过剖析该公司成立以来在桦甸地区的运行现状和运行特点,以及与政府物权服务中心相比具有的优势特征,深入探讨融资模式运行中存在的问题,提出了促进吉林"首信"融资模式健康发展的对策和建议。
        To alleviate farmers' financing difficulties, financing expensive and the problems which restrict the development of the rural economy, Jilin city introduce private capital to establish "Shou Xin" property rights financing company.Through the analysis of the operation situation of the company since its establishment and operation characteristics in huadian, and compared with government service center of real right has the advantage of the characteristics, discusses the problems existing in the financing mode, put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion to promote the healthy development of jilin "Shou Xin" financing pattern.
