物理活化法兰炭制备活性炭的试验研究

摘要
盛隆化工有限公司为获取低成本活性炭,试验用物理活化法制备活性炭。采用控制变量法确定最佳混合比和最佳成型压力,再用正交试验来考察碳化温度、活化时间、活化温度、二氧化碳用量4个因素对活性炭性能的影响。得出最佳工艺条件及技术参数:碳化温度450℃,活化温度900℃,活化时间1.5 h,二氧化碳用量400 mL/h。制得的活性炭产品碘吸附值为595.07 mg/g。
        Shenglong Chemical Co., Ltd. prepared activated carbon by physical activation. The optimum mixing ratio and forming pressure were determined by controlling variable method, and then the effects of carbonization temperature, activation time, activation temperature and carbon dioxide dosage on the properties of activated carbon were investigated by orthogonal test. The optimum process conditions and technical parameters were obtained as follows: carbonization temperature is 450 ℃, activation temperature is900 ℃ activation time is 1.5 h, carbon dioxide dosage is 400 mL/h. The iodine adsorption value of the activated carbon product is595.07 mg/g.
