摘要
为了更好地评估继电器用触点材料的抗熔焊性能,并确定继电器触点动熔焊失效的物理机制,设计了一种新型电磁继电器电弧与电接触模拟试验系统。系统具有磁间隙、触点开距、机械反力和触点压力(超行程)可柔性调节的功能,可实现触点闭合和分断动作模拟,进而获得触点熔焊力、触点电压和触点电流的动态波形。结合实例波形,分析了触点熔焊发生的物理过程和熔焊力提取方法,给出了负载电流对触点熔焊力的影响规律。
        To better evaluate the welding resistance ability of contact material,and confirm the physical mechanisms of contact dynamic welding within electromagnetical relay,this paper introduced a novel test equipment for in situ and real time measurement of dynamic welding force within relay,which could realize the adjustment of magnet gap,contact gap,mechanical spring force and stationary contact force( over travel). Thus,the closing and breaking process of contact and the dynamic process of welding force,contact voltage and contact current are recorded simultaneously. Furthermore,the physical process of contact welding was analyzed and the extraction method of welding force was proposed. Finally,the relationship between load current and welding force was investigated explicitly.
