影响牛仔织物弹性指标的因素分析

摘要
探讨牛仔织物弹性指标的影响因素。在其他条件相同的条件下,分别测试分析了氨纶丝细度、牵伸倍数、筘号、烧毛机速度、定形机参数等对牛仔织物弹性指标的影响;简要阐述了其他因素对牛仔织物弹性的影响。结果表明:氨纶丝细度越粗,织物弹性伸长率越大;弹性伸长率随牵伸倍数的增加而增加,随着筘号的增加而降低;后整理车速越快,温度越低,织物弹性损失越小。认为:应根据牛仔织物最终弹性要求,合理选择各工艺参数。
Influencing factors of denim fabric elasticity index were discussed.Under the same conditions,spandex filament fineness,drafting multiple,reed index,speed of singeing machine and setting machine parameters on elastic index of denim fabric were tested and analyzed respectively.The other influencing factors of denim fabric elasticity were briefly analyzed.The results showed that the thicker the spandex filament fineness,the larger the elastic elongation of fabric.Elastic elongation increased with the increase of drafting multiple,decreased with the increase of reed index.The faster the finishing speed,the lower the temperature,the smaller the fabric elasticity loss.It is considered that the process parameters should be reasonably selected according to final elastic requirements of denim fabric.
