摘要
介绍环锭纺细纱牵伸工艺的发展,选择"三大一小"牵伸工艺进行应用实践,分析研究传统环锭细纱机采用粗纱重定量及大捻系数、细纱大牵伸倍数的纺纱工艺配置对纱线质量和前纺设备配置的影响。分别在纯棉品种和涤棉混纺品种上实施"三大一小"牵伸工艺,并对采用该工艺生产的纱线质量和工艺可行性进行评估,总结实践过程中存在的问题。结果表明,在纯棉生产线上采用该工艺是可行的,而在涤棉混纺生产线上采用该工艺还需要进一步研究。
        This paper introduces the development of ring spinning drafting process. It chooses ‘three large and one small' drafting process for application practice, and analyzes the influence of the spinning process configuration of traditional ring spinning frame with super weight, larger twist factor of roving and larger draft multiple of spinning on the yarn quality and the reduction of the pre-spinning equipment configuration. The ‘three large and one small'drafting process is applied to pure cotton and polyester-cotton blended yarn respectively, and the quality of the yarns and feasibility of the process are evaluated, and the problems in the process practice are summarized. The results show that it is feasible to adopt this process in pure cotton production line, but it needs further study in polyester-cotton blending production line.
