纬编针织吸湿排汗面料设计原理与开发实践

摘要
通过国内外导湿快干针织面料的开发动态概述吸湿排汗纤维、吸湿排汗后整理技术及利用差动毛细效应和灯芯点芯吸原理开发出的导湿快干针织物结构。同时选用CoolMax纤维纱线和涤纶为原料,通过一定的编织工艺在双面大圆机上开发出一款表面具有凹凸效果的吸湿快干针织面料,并对功能性针织面料的发展趋势进行了展望,对今后吸湿排汗针织产品的开发应用提供了一定的理论依据。
        By summarizing the development of domestic and international moisture-transferring and quick-drying knitted fabrics, the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing fibers, the moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing technology, and the structure of the moisture-transferring and quick-drying knitted fabric developed by using the differential capillary effect and the wicking principle of wick were outlined. At the same time, CoolMax fiber yarn and polyester were selected as raw materials, a moisture-absorbing and quick-drying knitted fabric with uneven surface effect was developed on a double-sided circular machine through certain weaving process, and the development trend of functional knitted fabrics was prospected, which provided certain theoretical basis for the development and application of moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing knitted products.
