接触下颌神经管的阻生第三磨牙拔除术新进展

摘要
<正>由于生活方式及生活质量的改变,遗传及环境的变化,咀嚼器官也在慢慢地发生退化,例如牙量骨量不调,牙列出现拥挤,牙齿萌出异常等。下颌第三磨牙常因萌出方向不正,或萌出位置空间不足而阻生,因为它是最晚萌出的牙齿,并且还位于牙列的最后端。根据资料显示,下颌第三磨牙阻生(IMTMs)率高达59%-79%,因为IMTMs经常会导致冠周炎、牙髓病变、邻牙的龋坏、加重牙列拥挤等问题,建议尽早拔除。因为下颌第三磨牙位于
