慢性风湿性疾病中的危急重症——巨噬细胞活化综合征

<正>风湿性疾病为慢性疾病,病程中可以急性发作甚至危及生命。巨噬细胞活化综合征(macro-phage activation syndrome,MAS)作为风湿性疾病的一种并发症,其在幼年特发性关节炎全身型(sys-temic juvenile idiopathic arthritis,s JIA)最常见,发病率10%～40%,致死率可达8%～22%~([1]),而在成人Still病(adult onset Still’s disease,AOSD)报道中,致死率高达42.5%~([2])。中山大学附属第一医院
