幼年特发性关节炎全身型合并巨噬细胞活化综合征患儿的护理

摘要
目的对幼年特发性关节炎全身型(JIA)合并巨噬细胞活化综合征(MAS)患儿的护理措施进行总结分析。方法对我院收治的21例JIA合并MAS患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,实施对症护理干预措施,观察护理结果。结果患儿经相关护理后均好转出院,护理期间未出现颅内出血、感染、肝功能损害等严重并发症,平均住院时间为(16.34±2.61)d。结论巨噬细胞活化综合征为幼年特发性关节炎全身型患儿致死率较高的一种并发症,临床应加强对JIA合并MAS患儿的综合护理,积极预防并发症,才能有效降低死亡率。
Objective To summarize and analyze the nursing measures of the children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA) combined with macrophage activation syndrome(MAS).Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of JIA merged with MAS were retrospectively analyzed,and the nursing intervention measures were implemented to observe the nursing results.Results After nursing,the children were discharged from the hospital,and there were no serious complications such as intracranial hemorrhage,infection,liver function damage,etc.,and the mean length of hospital stay was(16.34±2.61) d.Conclusion Macrophage activation syndrome in children with systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis type high fatality rate of complications,clinical should strengthen the comprehensive nursing care of children with JIA combined MAS,active prevention of complications,and can effectively reduce the mortality.
