妊娠糖尿病筛查中即时检验糖化血红蛋白的临床效果分析

摘要
目的研究在妊娠糖尿病筛查中即时检验糖化血红蛋白的临床效果。方法在本次研究中选取了我院2014年7月～2015年7月间收治的62例健康孕妇资料进行回顾性分析,将其作为对照组。另选取本院同期收治的62例妊娠糖尿病孕妇进行研究,将其作为试验组。对两组孕妇均实施即时检验糖化血红蛋白,包括糖耐量(GCT)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血清HbAlc,对两组孕妇的GCT、FPG、HbAlc进行比较,以明确妊娠糖尿病筛查中即时检验糖化血红蛋白的实际效果。结果经检验,试验组患者的GCT、FPG、HbAlc明显高于常规组患者,以上数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床筛查妊娠糖尿病中运用即时检验糖化血红蛋白具有较好的效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of immediate detection of glycosylated hemoglobin in screening for gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods In this study,62 cases of healthy Pregnant women admitted to our hosPital from July 2014 to July 2015 were retrosPectively analyzed as control grouP.Another 62 Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hosPital during the same Period were selected as the exPerimental grouP.Immediate detection of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA lc),including glucose tolerance(GCT),fasting blood glucose(FPG) and serum HbA lc,was Performed in both grouPs.GCT,FPG and HbA lc were comPared between the two grouPs to determine the actual effect of immediate detection of glycosylated hemoglobin in screening for gestational diabetes mellitus.Results The GCT,FPG and HbA lc of the exPerimental grouP were significantly higher than those of the conventional grouP,and the above data had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate detection of glycosylated hemoglobin in clinical screening of gestational diabetes mellitus is effective and worthy of clinical Promotion.
