摘要
为有效评价多点加工卷烟产品质量稳定性,采用顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用法(HS-GC/MS)对红塔山(硬经典100)品牌的不同生产点卷烟烟丝样品的挥发及半挥发性成分进行测定,获得其化学指纹图谱,结合主成分分析和欧式距离的相似系数对检测数据进行处理。结果表明:应用主成分分析法可以对不同生产点的卷烟产品进行聚类区分,表明不同生产点的卷烟有不同的主成分得分数据特征;玉溪、大理和海南生产点的欧式距离相似系数分别为0.80、0.80、0.85,这3个生产点的卷烟样品与对照样品间的欧式距离相似系数较大,表明可用欧式距离相似系数对不同生产点卷烟质量波动状况进行定量表征;根据主成分分析法的成分含量差异分布图,表明可用该方法对不同生产点卷烟质量特征进行定性定量描述。该研究结果可用于卷烟产品的质量稳定性评价。
In order to effectively evaluate the quality stability of cigarette products processed at multiple locations,we used Headspace-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(HS-GC/MS) method to measure the volatile and semi-volatile components of cut-tobacco samples from different production points of Hongtashan(hard classic 100) brand cigarette,obtained their chemical fingerprints,and processed these measurement data by using principal component analysis and similarity coefficient based on Euclidean distance. The results showed that: applying principal component analysis method could cluster these multipoint-processed cigarette products into different groups,indicating that the cigarette products at different production points have various principal component score data characteristics; the similarity coefficients based on Euclidean distance between Yuxi point and Chuxiong(CK) point,between Dali and CK point,and between Hainan and CK point were 0.80,0.80 and 0.85,respectively,revealing that the similarity coefficient based on Euclidean distance can be used to quantitatively characterize the quality fluctuations of cigarette products processed at different locations; according to the distribution map of component content difference based on principal component analysis,this method can be used to qualitatively and quantitatively describe the quality characteristics of cigarette products at different production points. The results of this study can be used to evaluate the quality stability of cigarette products.
