摘要
心脏磁共振特征追踪技术(FT-CMR)技术是在心脏磁共振电影序列图像基础上测量心肌应变参数的一种新兴技术,其无需加扫其他特殊序列,能无创性定量评估心肌整体及局部运动功能。FT-CMR技术操作简单、方便,具有较好的可行性及可重复性。目前FT-CMR技术在左心室、左心房及右心室心肌应变方面的研究正迅速发展,现对FT-CMR技术在心血管疾病中的应用进展进行综述。
        Feature tracking cardiac magnetic resonance technology,which is based on the images of cardiac magnetic resonance cine sequence, is emerging as a method for measuring myocardial strain parameters without the need to acquire additional images. FT-CMR technology is simple and convenient to operate, and has a good feasibility and repeatability. Researches on the measurement of strain parameters in the left ventricle, left atrium and right ventricle is rapidly evolving currently,the application of FT-CMR technique in cardiovascular diseases is reviewed.
