摘要
通过闭合操作控制配电网中的分段开关和联络开关,改变配电网的拓扑结构,可提高配电网的运行效率。分布式电源出力的调节可改变线路上的潮流,从而影响配电网的运行效率。从运行优化的角度提出配电网运行效率优化的方法,主要有网络重构和分布式电源出力调节。将DG有功出力和配电网开关的状态作为控制变量,以系统网损和负荷均衡为目标函数,研究了配电网运行效率综合提升手段。
        Closing the segmentation switch and the tie switch in the distribution network to control the topology of the distribution network can improve the operation efficiency of the distribution network.The regulation of distributed power output can change the current flow on the line and furthermore to affect the operating efficiency of the distribution network.The optimization method of distribution network operation efficiency from the perspective of operation optimization was proposed,mainly including network reconfiguration and regulation of distributed power output.Taking the DG active output and the state of the distribution network switch as the control variables,the system network loss and load balance were taken as the objective functions,and the comprehensive improvement method of the distribution network operation efficiency was studied.
