中国高校创业教育体系构建的探索与实践——以山东大学为例

摘要
随着国家提出"大众创业、万众创新"的创新驱动发展战略不断深入实施,创新创业教育成了高校教学改革的重点。而在这其中,创业教育起到了为学生树立正确创业观、提升创业能力、以创业引领就业的重要作用。目前国内高校基本上都开设了创业教育类课程,但受限于传统课堂教育理念、创业课程师资力量、创业全链条支撑体系等因素的制约,很多高校的创业教育体系存在着一些问题和不足。山东大学在构建创业教育体系的实践过程中,不断探索,结合近几年来在开展创业教育发现的实际问题并加以解决,逐步建立了以《创业基础》课程为核心,全面覆盖山东大学本科生,"基础授课+校内孵化+成型输出"的多层次创业教育体系,将创业意识培养、创业精神和创新思维养成融入创新型人才培养的全过程。
With the deepening implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy of "Widespread Entrepreneurship and Innovation" proposed by the state,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the focus of the teaching reform in colleges and universities.Entrepreneurship education plays an important role in setting up correct concept of entrepreneurship,improving entrepreneurial ability and leading employment with entrepreneurship for students.Entrepreneurship education courses are basically offered in all universities in China.However,limited by traditional classroom education philosophy,entrepreneurship course faculty,entrepreneurship full chain support system and other factors,the entrepreneurship education system in many universities has some problems and deficiencies.Shandong university keeps exploring in the process of constructing the practice of entrepreneurship education,combining with the practical problems found in the business-pioneering education in recent years.The entrepreneurial foundation courses is the core of the entrepreneurship education system,comprehensive coverage of all the undergraduates,with multi-level system "basic teaching + incubation + output".The system combines venture consciousness cultivation,entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinking into the whole process of innovative personnel training.
