河南省贫困人口的培训需求及性别差异研究

摘要
培训是实施精准扶贫的有效途径,需求调查是实施培训的首要环节。在河南省选择了三个贫困县,调查了贫困人口的培训需求及性别差异情况,发现河南省男性贫困人口相对较多;不同性别贫困人口对培训内容、培训方式、培训机构、培训教师、培训地点的需求无显著差异,对培训时间、培训时长的需求存在显著差异。实施精准培训扶贫,需精准调查培训需求,依据培训需求优化培训要素,持续提升培训要素的质量水平,强化各类培训活动的管理,健全培训效果评价追踪制度。
Training is an effective way to implement precision poverty alleviation. Needs survey is the first step in implementing training.In Henan Province, three poverty-stricken counties were selected to investigate the training needs of the poor and their gender differences,and it was found that the poverty-stricken male population in Henan Province was relatively high. There is no significant difference in the demand for training content, training methods, training institutions, training teachers, and training venues on different genders, and the demand for training time and training duration is significantly different. To implement accurate training and poverty alleviation, it is necessary to accurately investigate training needs, optimize training elements based on training needs, continuously improve the quality level of training elements, strengthen the management with various types of training activities, and perfect the tracking and evaluation system of training effects.
