摘要

为适应多党选举环境,非洲民主社会主义政党吸取历史经验教训,探索将西方普世价值与本土文化相结合;重视加强宏观调控,发展混合经济,争取实现以自主发展为目标的第二次民族解放斗争;主张发展为民,加大民生投入,完善社会保障体系;倡导国际团结,积极参与国际政党活动,努力推动地区一体化进程,扩大国际影响力。总体上说,民主社会主义政党执政地位稳固、发展势头良好,成为非洲和国际政治舞台上一支重要力量。
