摘要
猪流行性腹泻(PED)主要侵害仔猪,发病率和病死率极高,严重影响养猪业的发展。目前,对于该病尚无有效治疗药物,细胞因子疗法、返饲等方法效果不确切。中药作为纯天然药物,含有多种有效活性成分,具有作用广泛、安全、低残留、低毒性、不易产生耐药性等优势,且已有研究证实许多单味中药及复方对猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)均有抑制作用,己经成为当今最具发展前景的药物,被广泛用于PED的防控。论文就中药体外抑制PEDV的作用、临床应用,以及中药抑制或杀灭病毒,修复肠黏膜、减轻炎症反应,调控细胞干扰素信号通路,提高猪免疫力和肠内消化酶活性等作用机制进行综述。
        Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)mainly affects piglets,and the incidence and mortality are extremely high,which seriously affects the development of the pig industry.At present,there is no effective treatment for the disease.Cytokine therapy,feeding back and other methods are not effective.As pure natural products,traditional Chinese medicines contain a variety of effective active ingredients.They have the advantages of wide-ranging effects,safe,low-residue,low-toxicity,and non easy producting drug resistance.It has been confirmed that many traditional Chinese medicines and compound prescriptions against porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)have inhibitory effects and have become the most promising drugs and are widely used for the prevention and treatment of PED.This paper discussed the effects of traditional Chinese medicines on the inhibition of PEDVin vitro,clinical applications,and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines in suppressing or inactivating viruses,repairing intestinal mucosa,reducing inflammatory responses,regulating cell interferon signaling pathways,and improving pig immunity and intestinal digestive enzyme activities.
