摘要
为了研究中草药添加剂对獭兔生长性能、屠宰性能、死亡率、血液生理生化指标及部分免疫指标的影响,试验选取18日龄獭兔仔兔240只,随机分为中草药Ⅰ组、中草药Ⅱ组、中草药Ⅲ组和对照组,每组60只。中草药Ⅰ组、中草药Ⅱ组、中草药Ⅲ组试验兔分别饲喂含不同中草药组方的饲料,对照组每吨饲料添加喹乙醇150 mg,正式试验开始时中草药Ⅰ组、中草药Ⅱ组、中草药Ⅲ组试验兔喂含中药饲料10 d,停喂10 d为1个周期,连用2个周期后再喂含中药饲料10 d,试验结束。测定试验兔生长性能、死亡率、屠宰性能、血常规、血液生化指标及部分免疫指标。结果表明:中草药Ⅰ组试验兔平均日增重与对照组差异不显著(P>0. 05),但有高于对照组的趋势;中草药Ⅱ组试验兔的平均日增重极显著低于对照组、中草药Ⅰ组、中草药Ⅲ组(P<0. 01);中草药Ⅰ组、中草药Ⅱ组、中草药Ⅲ组死亡率和屠宰率与对照组差异均不显著(P>0. 05)。添加中草药可影响试验兔部分血常规及血液生化指标,中草药Ⅱ组试验兔的总蛋白、尿素氮、白蛋白含量显著高于对照组和中草药Ⅰ组(P<0. 05);对照组胰岛素水平显著高于中草药Ⅱ组(P<0. 05),但与其他两组差异不显著(P>0. 05);中草药Ⅲ组高密度脂蛋白含量显著高于中草药Ⅰ组(P<0. 05);对照组血小板数显著高于中草药Ⅲ组(P<0. 05)。中草药Ⅰ组、中草药Ⅱ组、中草药Ⅲ组试验兔免疫指标与对照组之间差异不显著(P>0. 05)。说明中草药对獭兔血液生理生化指标有明显影响,对獭兔生长性能、屠宰性能、死亡率及免疫性能影响较小。
        To study the effects of different Chinese herbal feed additives on growth performance,slaughter traits,death rate,blood physiological and biochemical indicators and some immunization indicators of rex rabbits,240 18-day-old rex rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,every group had 60 rex rabbits. Chinese herbal medicine group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with diets containing different prescription of Chinese herbal medicines. The control group was fed with diet supplemented with olaquindox 150 g per ton of feed. At the beginning of the formal trial,Chinese herbal medicine group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were added with the corresponding Chinese herbal medicines.10 days on-medication session followed by 10 days off-medication session were one test cycle. The formal experiment period lasted for two test cycles and followed by10 days on-medication session. Growth performance,death rate,slaughter traits,blood physiological and biochemical indicators and some immunization indicators of rex rabbits were measured after experiment. The results show that the average daily gain( ADG) of group Ⅰ was higher than control group,but has no significant difference( P> 0. 05),and ADG of group Ⅱ was extremly lower than other groups( P<0. 01). No significant difference of death rate and dressing percentage was found among every herbal medicine diet groups and control group( P>0. 05). The blood physiological and biochemical indicators were affected by Chinese herbal medicine. The total protein,usea nitrogen and albumin of groupⅡ were significantly higher than control group and group Ⅰ( P<0. 05). The insulin level of control group was significantly lower than group Ⅱ( P<0. 05),while has no significant differences with other two groups( P> 0. 05). HDL of group Ⅲ was significantly higher than group Ⅰ( P<0. 05). The platelet count of control group was significantly higher than group Ⅲ( P<0. 05),while there were no significantly differencs of immunization indicators among experimental group and control group( P> 0. 05). It indicates that Chinese herbal medicine have significant influences on blood physiological and biochemical indicators,while have less effect on immunization indicators of rex rabbits.
