石粉对混凝土抗渗性能的影响

摘要
通过电通量法研究了钙质石粉(石灰石粉和大理石粉)和硅质石粉(花岗岩石粉和玄武岩石粉)对混凝土抗渗性能的影响,并用吸水动力学法测试了胶砂的吸水率和平均孔径。结果表明,石粉掺量在10%~30%范围内,28d龄期混凝土电通量随着石粉掺量增加而逐渐增大,掺石灰石粉、大理石粉、花岗岩石粉和玄武岩石粉混凝土电通量较未掺石粉的混凝土电通量增大范围分别为45.0%~75.2%、17.9%~46%、23.2%~49.4%和32.7%~64.4%。28 d龄期胶砂的吸水率与平均孔径也随石粉掺量的增加而增大,掺量在10%~30%范围内时,掺石灰石粉、大理石粉、花岗岩石粉和玄武岩石粉胶砂试件平均孔径较未掺石粉的胶砂平均孔径增大范围分别为18.8%~34.6%、8.8%~19.8%、15.4%~34.6%和16.8%~39.4%。石粉降低混凝土抗渗性能与其导致胶砂孔结构粗化有着较好的对应关系。
        The influence of ground calcareous stone powder( ground limestone and ground marble) and ground siliceous stone powder( ground granite and ground basalt) on the impermeability of concrete were studied by electric flux method,and the water absorption and average pore diameter of the mortars was measured according to the results of capillary adsorption test. The results showthat the electric flux of the concrete and the water absorption and average pore diameter of the mortars increas gradually with the ground stone powder content increasing at the age of 28 d. When the ground stone powder content was in the range of 10%~30%,the electric flux of the concrete with ground limestone,ground marble,ground granite or ground basalt increased by 45.0%~ 75.2%,17.9%~ 46%,23.2%~ 49.4%and 32.7%~64.4%compared with the concrete without ground stone powder,and the average pore diameter of the mortars with ground limestone,ground marble,ground graniteor ground basalt increased by 18.8%~34.6%,8.8%~19.8%,15.4%~34.6% and 16.8%~ 39.4%compared with the mortars without ground stone powder.
