摘要
为了明确光照强度对甜荞内源激素、产量和品质的影响,以高产甜荞品种‘丰甜1号’为试验材料,设置了遮阴、常规和增光3个光照处理,测定‘丰甜1号’成熟期根茎叶中的脱落酸、玉米素+玉米素核苷、生长素、1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸、多胺等内源激素含量和最终的产量形成指标和品质,最后对内源激素与甜荞产量和品质的关系进行了相关性分析。结果表明:‘丰甜1号’的单株粒重、千粒重、产量、总膳食纤维、蛋白质、总淀粉和黄酮含量均随光照强度的增加而增加;增加光照处理能明显增加‘丰甜1号’各部位中的ACC含量,但降低了ABA含量,光照处理对‘丰甜1号’各部位的IAA、Z+ZR和多胺的影响不大;‘丰甜1号’不同部位间的内源激素含量存在明显差异。相关性研究结果表明,根茎叶中的ABA含量与‘丰甜1号’的产量和品质呈负相关关系,IAA、ACC等内源激素含量与‘丰甜1号’的产量和品质呈正相关关系,部分达极显著正相关关系。
        In order to identify the effects of light intensity on the endogenous hormones, yield and quality of common buckwheat, high-yield common buckwheat variety 'Fengtian 1' was used as material and was treated with 3 light intensities which were shading, normal light and enhanced light. Content of endogenous hormones such as ABA, Z+ZR, IAA, ACC and polyamine in leaves, stem and root at mature stage of 'Fengtian 1' were determined and the indicators and quality of final yield formation were also determined. Finally, correlation analysis on the relationship between endogenous hormones and yield and quality of common buckwheat were carried out in this study. The results showed that the grain weight per plant, 1 000 kernel weight, yield, total dietary fiber, protein, total starch and flavonoids contents of 'Fengtian 1' were significantly improved with the increasing of light. The content of ACC in each part of 'Fengtian 1' could be significantly improved with the increasing of light, while the content of ABA was reduced. Light treatment had little effect on IAA, Z+ZR and polyamines in each part of 'Fengtian1'. The content of endogenous hormones had a significantly different in different parts of 'Fengtian 1'. Correlation study results showed that there was a negative correlation between ABA content in root, stem and leaves and the yield and quality of 'Fengtian 1', and there was a positive correlation between IAA, ACC and other endogenous contents and the yield and quality of 'Fengtian 1', of which some showed extremely significant positive correlation.
