摘要
目的:优化山莓叶挥发油提取条件,建立山莓叶挥发油特征图谱。方法:采用水蒸馏提取、同时蒸馏萃取、微波辅助提取山莓叶挥发油,通过正交实验优化微波辅助条件,提取不同采收期山莓叶的挥发油,运用GC测定比较。结果:上述方法提取山莓叶挥发油得率分别0.203%、0.208%、0.278%。微波辅助最优条件为微波时间2 h、微波功率120 w、料液比1∶10。7月采收的山莓叶挥发油得率达到0.46%。不同采收期的挥发油GC图谱中八个共有峰,其占百分比在81%以上。结论:微波辅助提取方法稳定可靠,特征图谱方法简便,为山莓叶挥发油综合评价提供依据。
        Objective To study the extraction processof the volatile oil from Rubus corchorifolius L.f leaves and establish chromatographic fingerprint of volatile oil. Method The volatile oils from Rubus corchorifolius L.f leaves has been extracted by steam distillation, simultaneous distillation extraction, microwave-assisted extraction. Optimization of microwave-assisted extraction was conducted by orthogonal experiment. The volatile oil from Rubus corchorifolius L.f leaves of different collection period was extracted, then determined by gas chromatography.Result Extraction rate of volatile oil respectively were 0.203%、0.208%、0.278% through the above three methods. The optimal conditions were microwave time 2 h, microwave power 120 w, ratio of material to liquid 1∶10. Ratio of extraction reach 0.45%,which was gathered in July. A total of eight common peaks identified from the GC fingerprints of volatile oil, ratio of common peak was more than 81% by comparing the GC gram. Conclusion Microwave-assisted extraction is reliable, method of chromatographic fingerprint is simple, they provide theoretical basis for comprehensive evaluation of volatile oil of Rubus corchorifolius L.f leaves.
