前交叉韧带重建合并软骨损伤术后康复期应用玻璃酸钠的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察玻璃酸钠应用于前交叉韧带重建合并软骨损伤术后康复期中的临床效果。方法 2015年5月～2018年5月抽取本院收治的行前交叉韧带重建合并软骨损伤手术患者80例,随机将其分为对照组、试验组,各40例,对照组康复期不应用任何药物,试验组康复期应用玻璃酸钠。对比两组膝关节评分、膝关节功能优良率、炎性因子水平。结果膝关节评分、膝关节功能优良率相较于对照组,试验组较高(P <0.05);炎性因子水平相较于对照组,试验组较优(P <0.05)。结论前交叉韧带合并软骨损伤术后康复期应用玻璃酸钠,既可缓解炎性因子水平,又能促使膝关节功能尽快康复,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To observeclinical effects of application of sodium hyaluronate in postoperative convalescence stage on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with cartilage injury. Methods 80 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with cartilage injurywho were admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group did not use any drugs in convalescence stagewhile the experimental group used sodium hyaluronate in convalescence stage.The knee joint score,the excellent and good rate of knee function and the in flammatory factor level were compared between the two groups. Results The knee joint score and the excellent and good rate of knee function in the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The inflammatory factor level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of sodium hyaluronate in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with cartilage injury in postoperative convalescence stage can not only alleviate the level of inflammatory factors,but also promote the recovery of knee joint function as soon as possible.It has relatively high clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion.
