住院患者冰箱自备药保管使用登记表在药物管理中的应用

摘要
目的通过住院患者冰箱自备药保管使用登记表的使用,规范住院患者冰箱自备药的保存和使用,确保住院患者冰箱自备药物的安全。方法制定住院患者冰箱自备药保管使用登记表,规范冰箱药物的管理与使用;比较使用前后用药错误率、护士和患者满意度。结果住院患者冰箱自备药保管使用登记表的使用后,用药错误率明显降低,确保用药安全;护士和患者的满意度明显优于使用前(P <0.05)。结论住院患者冰箱自备药保管使用登记表的使用,保证了住院患者冰箱自备药的储存和使用安全,提高了患者和护士的满意度,有效降低医疗纠纷发生率。
Objective To standardize the preservation and use of refrigerators for inpatients through the use of registration forms for the storage and use of refrigerators for inpatients,so as to ensure the safety of refrigerators for inpatients. Methods A registration form was drawn up to standardize the management and use of refrigerant medicines,and the error rate of medication,satisfaction of nurses and patients before and after use were compared. Result After the use of the registration form for the storage and use of refrigerators,the error rate of medication was significantly reduced to ensure the safety of medication,and the satisfaction of nurses and patients was significantly better than that before the use( P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of the registration form for the storage and use of refrigerators for inpatients ensures the safety of storage and use of refrigerators for inpatients,improves the satisfaction of patients and nurses,and effectively reduces the incidence of medical disputes.
