体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎疗效研究

摘要
目的观察体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2018年4月该科诊治的40例肩周炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例,对照组采用中药熏蒸治疗,观察组采用体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸治疗。评估两组患者治疗前,治疗2、4周后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及总有效率。结果治疗2、4周后,两组患者VAS疼痛评分较治疗前均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4周后总有效率为90.0%(18/20),显著高于对照组的60.0%(12/20),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.800,P=0.028)。结论体外冲击波联合中药熏蒸能有效缓解肩关节疼痛并改善肩关节功能,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 40 cases with frozen shoulder from February 2017 to April 2018 in our rehabilitation center were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The observation group received extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,while the control group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and clinical were assessed at pretreatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment,VAS was significantly improved after treatment in both group,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Total efficiency of the observation group[90.0%(18/20)]was higher than the control group[60.0%(12/20)],the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.800,P=0.028).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of frozen shoulder can significantly improve the shoulder pain,restore shoulder function,and has significant effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
