摘要
液相微萃取集萃取、分离、净化、富集为一体,操作简单、绿色环保、萃取效率高,成功改善了传统样品前处理方法的不足。随着该技术的不断发展,根据不同的样品和分析物逐步衍生出了种类不同、操作各异的微萃取模式,现已广泛应用在环境分析、药物分析、食品分析、临床医学等领域,具有极大的发展潜力。
        Liquid-phase microextraction integrates extraction, separation, purification and concentration. It improves the deficiency of traditional sample preparation methods successfully with its traits, such as easy operation, green protection and high extraction efficiency. With the continuous development of technology, LPME is derived different types and operating mode of microextraction gradually according to different samples and analyses. It has a great development potential and is widely used in environmental, drugs analysis, food analysis, clinical medicine and other fields now.
