摘要
制备了一种交联聚乙烯醇薄膜,并用牛磺酸对薄膜表面进行修饰,利用薄膜与手印中皮脂的相互作用,将手印纹线吸附在薄膜表面并拍照提取。通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪(EDX)、元素分析仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对薄膜的表面微观形貌和化学组成进行了表征。结果表明:用牛磺酸修饰的薄膜表面粗糙,对常见客体(门窗玻璃、试验台面、瓷砖和铝箔)上的潜在皮脂手印具有良好的显现效果,不受客体背景、大小以及位置的影响;操作过程简单安全,成本低,吸附了皮脂手印的薄膜可选取任意合适的背景及拍照方法进行固定,为现场手印提取提供了新的方向。
A crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol film was prepared and its surface was modified by taurine. Depending on the interaction between the film and sebum in the fingerprint residue, the latent fingerprints were absorbed on the film and then photography was used for extraction. The microtopography and chemical composition of the film were characterized by scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer(EDX), elemental analyzer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer respectively. The results showed that the surface of modified film was rough. And the film had a good developing effect on the potential sebum fingerprints on common objects(window glass, table surface, tiles and aluminum foil), which was not affected by the background, size and position of the objects. This process is simple, safe and low cost. The film absorbed by the fingerprints can be fixed with any suitable background and photographing method, which provides a new direction for the fingerprint extraction.
