基于系统理论探讨我国OA论文的开放式同行评审模式

摘要
当前我国开放存取论文的出版存在同行评审方式落后、论文质量评价标准不统一、OA论文尚未得到学术评价制度的完全认可等问题,这对同行评审模式提出了新的要求。结合国外开放存取期刊的实践,从反馈原理、有序原理、整体原理探讨我国开放存取论文如何实行开放式同行评审模式。
At present, the publication of open access papers in China is backward in peer review. The evaluation criteria of paper quality are not verified. And the OA papers have not yet been fully recognized by the academic evaluation system. This puts new demands on the peer review mode. Based on the practice of open access journals abroad, this paper discusses how to implement open peer review mode in China's open access papers from feedback principle, order principle and whole principle.
