摘要

2016年以来,党中央高度重视"工匠精神"的宣传和培养,而职业教育的发展与"工匠精神"的培养密不可分。文章对内蒙古高职院校人才培养与"工匠精神"融合方面尚存的诸多问题进行了分析,探讨了在顶层设计、"思政课程"和"课程思政"、政校企合作,以及在民族区域文化传承中如何融入"工匠精神",以期实现内蒙古高职院校人才培养与"工匠精神"的有效融合。
        Since 2016,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the publicity and training of "the spirit of craftsmanship",and the development of vocational education is closely related to the training of "the spirit of craftsmanship".This paper analyzes the problems still existing in the integration of talent training and "the spirit of craftsmanship" in Inner Mongolia higher vocational colleges,and discusses the integration of "the spirit of craftsmanship" into top-level design,"ideological and political courses","ideological and political education of courses",government-school-enterprise cooperation,as well as the integration of"the spirit of craftsmanship"into national and regional cultural inheritance.
