摘要
[目的]总结出适合当前淮山药生产需求的节本高效栽培技术,并为这些高效栽培技术在生产实践上推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]3点6年试验,3重复,随机排列试验。生长发育期和成熟收获期间考查农艺、产量性状,并用Excel统计软件分析数据。[结果]该研究总结的淮山药高效栽培技术比传统栽培技术大部分有一定幅度的增产效果,但总体来看,集成高效栽培技术比单项高效栽培技术的增产效果更为显著。与高效栽培技术和不同新品种组合间增产效果存在一定差异,在生产实践上,要因品种而异,选择相应的高效栽培技术,实现良种良法相配套。[结论]淮山药不同高效栽培技术模式增产效果存在差异,不同高效栽培技术与不同新品种组合间增产效果存在差异,淮山药不同高效栽培技术模式省工、节本、增效及总体经济效益间存在差异,在实际生产中要根据现实需要,因地制宜选择相应的新品种与不同高效栽培模式组合才能达到节本增产增效目的。
[Objective] To sum up the efficient cultivation technology for current production of Dioscorea opposita,and to provide a scientific basis for application of the technology in practice.[Method]Three sites and four years experiment,three repeats,random tests were conducted. Agronomic traits and yield traits during growth period and harvest period were investigated,data were analyzed with Excel statistical software.[Result] Compared with the traditional cultivation techniques,most of D. opposita had a certain increase in yield by the efficient cultivation technology. But in overall,the yield was increased more significant by integrated and efficient cultivation techniques than effect of single cultivation techniques. Those existed certain differences between different varieties combination with efficient cultivation techniques. In the practice,the corresponding efficient cultivation techniques should be selected according to different varieties.[Conclusion]The yield increasing effect,labor cost efficiency and overall economic efficiency are different among various efficient cultivation techniques of D. opposita. In the actual practice,selecting new varieties according to local conditions and different efficient cultivation pattern combination can achieve cost-saving and yield increasing objective.
