肛周横纹肌肉瘤根治性同步放化疗1例

<正>横纹肌肉瘤(RMS)是起源于间叶细胞的一种恶性肿瘤,是儿童最常见的软组织肉瘤,根据组织学和遗传学特点可分为较常见、预后较好的胚胎型、更具侵袭性的腺泡型和罕见的成人多形型。小儿横纹肌肉瘤以胚胎型居多,好发部位与组织学类型和年龄相关,以头颈部、泌尿生殖系统、四肢及腹膜后多见[1]。但肛周横纹肌肉瘤(PRMS)较为少见,仅占RMS的2%,并伴有高风险和低治愈率,预后极差[2]。肿瘤呈浸润生长,生长迅速,转移较早,多经
